KL Data Solutions has been developing applications since 1985 and browser-based applications since 1995, the infancy of the internet as we know it. The experience of our staff includes:
- Lead GUI developer for the system used by the American Airlines® Pension Department to administer the Defined Benefit Pension plans. AART is a two-tier application utilizing an OS390 DB2 database, a web-based browser-independent GUI, Crystal Reports®, and on-line documentation and help.
- DBA and developer for the CDC’s National Healthcare Safety Network. Development on this project involved designing the SQL 2000 database, creating JSP pages, developing SAS reports which make extensive use of SAS Macro Language and advanced statistical procedures, and maintenance of complex XML files.
- System Architect for the Benefits Enrollment System for American Airlines®.
- End-to-end development of a multilingual document management system handling nearly 1/2 terabyte of data. This system was built for a Fortune 100 company in Georgia and utilizes ASP and SQL-Server technologies.
- Designed and executed a data conversion system for a large-scale inventory management system upgrade. Valuation of this system's inventory was nearly $50 Million and had a 0% failure rate. This system has a browser interface to Oracle databases.
- Developed a secure corporate intranet site for a Fortune 100 Company's Human Resources department.
